•  Vayna: I vote against it, because I believe that the administrators of the Turkic-language Azerbaijani Wikipedia categorically should not have managerial functions in the Talysh Wikipedia. I substantiate this opinion by the fact that a significant number of Azerbaijani Turkic intellectuals support the policy of the Azerbaijani authorities of discrimination and assimilation of the national minorities of Azerbaijan, especially the Talysh. This is confirmed by the recent appeal of Talysh peacekeeping organizations to the Organization of Turkic States and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
