Hovmehi dehestan — dehestane kom Ironi, Gilan ostani, Rəšti šəhristani mijonə baxšədəje[1]. Ce dehestani pajtaxt Xana Cah dije[2].
De 2006 sori əholi ašmarde 20 703 odəm žijedəbe 5 832 kəonədə[3]. 2011 sori ašmardejədə 20 664 kəs odəm 6 506 kəonədə[4]. Oxonə 2016 sori əholi ašmarde nišon doše 20 449 gylə odəm 6 788 kəonədə[5].
