Tutkabon — Ironi kišvərədə, Gilani ostanədə, Rudbər šəhristani, Rəhmətabad o Blukət baxšədə šəhəre[1]. Ym šəhər hežo cy Rəhmətabad dehestani pajtaxte[2].
De 2006 sori əholi ašmarde 1 671 odəm žijedəbe 473 kəonədə[3]. 2011 sori ašmardejədə 1 678 kəs odəm 519 kəonədə[4]. Oxonə 2016 sori əholi ašmarde nišon doše 1 510 gylə odəm 493 kəonədə[5].
