Asalem — Ironi, Gilan ostanədə, Taleš šəhristanədə, Asalemi baxšədə šəhəre. Asalem hežo ce Asalemi baxši pajtaxte ijən ce Asalemi dehestani inzibotijə mərəngoje[1][2]. Asalemədə bəbe vote 100 % tolyšon žijedən[3][4].

De 2006 sori əholi ašmarde Asalemədə 3 347 odəm žijedəbe 827 kəonədə[5]. 2011 sori ašmardejədə 10 040 kəs odəm 2 809 kəonədə[6]. Oxonə 2016 sori əholi ašmarde nišon doše 10 720 gylə odəm 3 271 kəonədə[7].
