Lisar — Ironi, Gilan ostanədə, Taleš šəhristanədə, Kargan Rudi baxšədə šəhəre. Lisar ce Kargan Rudi baxši pajtaxte ijən ce Lisari dehestani inzibotijə mərəngoje.
De 2006 sori əholi ašmarde Asalemədə 2 599 odəm žijedəbe 679 kəonədə[1]. 2011 sori ašmardejədə 3 262 kəs odəm 951 kəonədə[2]. Oxonə 2016 sori əholi ašmarde nišon doše 3 647 gylə odəm 1 163 kəonədə[3].
